About us - and the way we work…
Emprocom was created in 2006 by Carl Gryniewicz and Kevin Paul to provide a service so businesses could receive a service tailored to them in a helpful and uncomplicated way. Our fast growing and enthusiastic team is testament to this as our new business grows rapidly from existing customer referrals.
We feel strongly that the services each customer receives must relate directly to their organisation and the work they carry out – why should two construction companies have the same layout within their safety manual when they have a different structure, and employ different people with different skills?
Ensuring the advice and service we give is of the highest quality is important to us – so our consultants are all taking part in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes to ensure we are up to date with latest requirements and we stay sharp!
We like to assign one consultant to each customer so you are able to build a very productive and professional working relationship. In certain cases however, we may feel that two heads are better than one, so if we have one consultant who specialises in a certain area they can have an input – the most important thing is to make sure that we give the best advice and the most practical solutions when meeting your legal duties and meeting best practice.
Meet the Emprocom Team!
