With the recent changes to the corporate manslaughter law and the release of the high death rate figures it is inevitable that the HSE will begin to put a strain on employers to ensure that health and safety legislation is fully adhered to.

Identifying and understanding this we have prepared a 1 day course on Directors Responsibilities.

This course is intended for the directors and managers who provide strategic
leadership, direction and oversight for their organisation, whether it is in the private,
public or voluntary sectors.

Because there is a huge range of guidance and information on how to manage health, safety and other risks at work – It can often be too much for employers to wade through to work out what needs to be done and how to do it.

The aim of this course is to provide you with an understanding of your health and
safety role and influence your strategic thinking and holistic risk management
practices.
